hi im having problems with the 4.1.B.0.587 update for ICS, the new one. im using an xperia arc. it gets stuck in the part where pc companion is preparing the pc. it doesn't even get to half of step 2. i left it for about 8 hours and its stlll stuck with the same amount of progress. its like it ends up less than halfway done. been trying it for a few days now and the same thing's happening. tried closing all the open programs stopping all the other downloads im doing. i need help, thanks
